Used. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches and other blemishes from prior use.  There are grooves worn in the belts. There is a connector on the right side of the base that we don't know what plugs in there.  A wire coming out the top of the length meter is cut off. The screws to hold a bracket by the inlet of the take-off are both broken, but the bracket stays in place with gravity still. The transformer inside is broken off its mounts, and the insulation on the cable to the transformer is degraded.
Notes:
We are not experts in the use of this equipment but it works as far as we can test. The previous owner said it was in use until recently.  We were able to put the transfer case in gear and get the take-off belts to run, the length indication counted up until the preset length, and then the knife made a chop. The length counter reset and the cutting cycle was repeated.  The cabinet with the cutter and length counter slides easily away from the take-off for service. The drive belt opening width adjustment works. This unit rolls smoothly on a hard floor but it is hard to push. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
