30 mm diameter single screw extruder with 3 heated zones, up to 300 C, L/D = 30:1, motor power 7.5 kw, 480 V 3 phase
Barrel and screw built with 38CrMoAlA
melt pump for smooth melt deliver, 1.1 kW motor
12" flex lip die, opening: 1 mm gap, T-hanger flow channel, 3 heating zones
3 roll calendering system, 190 mm diameter and 400 mm width, water/oil cooled/heated. Speed of each roller can be independently controller.
One spare polished stainless steel roll and one rubber coated roll
Edge trimming knives,
Tension controlled winding.
Designed for low speed sheet extrusion up to 3 mm thickness. Max speed up to 2 m/min (for producing thick sheet).
Machine is set up for inspection and ready to ship.
