RETURNS
We are a small company and work with all our clients individually. Our reputation and customer feedback are the most valuable asset of the company.
In case you are not satisfied with an item you have 30 days to return it counting from the day you receive merchandise. Returns must be 100% complete, in original condition, with all original boxes and packing materials with tags still attached. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase minus the original cost of shipping to you.
ORDERING
If you ordered the wrong size, you have some options. First, please contact us as soon as possible as it may not have been shipped yet. We might be able to pull it and ship the size you wanted. If the package has already left us, we are not able to pull it back. You can keep it and order a different size. You can contact us immediately and when the package arrives, refuse it and it will be returned to us at no cost. We will then ship the correct size to you and only charge for additional shipping charges. Or you can refuse the shipment and we will refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping the item.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you find the package is delivered broken / damaged you can (not later than in 1-2 business days) return it to the local USPS post office and refuse it (if it was not opened and shipping label is not damaged), the package will be returned to us for free, then contact us promptly.
FEEDBACK POLICY
We work towards 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, in a human operated business, human mistakes may happen. If an issue exists please let us fix the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We are available 6 days a week 8am-4pm PST.
