We provide professional hearing aids programming.

How it works:
1.) Message us about the hearing make/model you’d like programmed. We can program most manufacturers. Price is for one hearing or a MATCHING set of hearing aids.
Once purchased, we will message you the shipping instructions..
2.) Ship your hearing aids along with a copy of your audiogram along with shipment tracking info.
3.) We will notify you when we receive your hearing aids and inspect, clean and program your hearing aids for you. We will be in contact with you in regards to your experience with hearing aids and program based on our communication.
4.) We will then carefully pack your hearing aids and ship back to with tracking information.
Whats Included in Service Warranty:
Re-programming free for 6 months from adjustment date (buyer must pay for shipping to and from us)
Please Note:
Hearing aids must be received in working order to be programmed. Hearing aids not received in good working order will be returned, unprogrammed, and a refund will be issued, minus return shipping charges. If we can repair the hearing aid for you, there will be a separate charge that we will discuss with you BEFORE repairing.

Hearing aids will be back in mail usually around 3 days from receiving them or less unless a repair is needed and requested.
Hearing aids will be programmed based on your audiogram (hearing test results) that you send us. We do not guarantee they will “sound” perfect as you will not know until you receive and wear the newly programmed hearing aid(s). We guarantee they will be programmed based on your audiogram. Additional adjustments are gladly included in your free programming warranty. Again, you must cover shipping cost.
For hearing aid purchases according to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide to me either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained.
