AMS Pedestal Extruders are built with convenience and reliability in mind. A solid billet machined assembly houses an oversized thrust bearing for long life, and raise lower is adjusted at the push of a button.
Frame Mounted Control Panel Housing the Following:
1.   QTY (4) HEAT/COOL barrel zones, QTY (3)  HEAT/ONLY die zones, including solid state relays, circuit breaker protection and associated wiring and thermocouples, digital auto tune temperature controllers – High temp band heaters
2.   Motor STOP/START station with screw RPM display, motor amp display & ten turn potentiometer
3.   7.5 HP AC Motor Control Yaskawa V1000
4.   7.5 HP AC Motor
5.   230V / 3ph / 60Hz   (480V also avail.)
6.   Gefran Digital Melt Pressure Display (with transducer, cables, programming and calibration)
7.   Die heater receptacles qty (3)

2.   New bimetallic barrel, qty 2 ports at end of barrel with 4 hole pattern. (Clamp is an option)

5.   Rupture Disc 9,500
6.   Frame Mounted NEMA 12 Control Panel
7.   Elongated Stainless Steel feed section jacketed for water cooling
8.   Barrel Cover is stainless steel, high temperature insulation
Heated Clamp Option:
Heated Clamp with heaters and thermocouples, including nozzle adapter, may be added for an additional ,500.00. Please contact us via eBay and we will add the Heated Clamp for you prior to purchasing!
